Belonging (with Boundaries) with Guest Sharon Hersh (Let’s Be Real Ep.21)

It’s been so good to explore boundaries together and I’m thrilled to bring Sharon Hersh to the show today to wrap up our series! Sharon Hersh is a licensed professional counselor, an adjunct professor in graduate counseling programs, a sought-after speaker, and the author of several books.
Sharon and I talk all about what it looks like to love other well (even when it’s messy) and how we can find true belonging in our own souls and in the world. Sharon is very open and honest about her own journey through addiction, divorce and her anger so you won’t want to miss this one!
Sharon also talks about her brand new book, “Belonging: Finding The Way Back To One Another” offering a fresh perspective on common grace, leading us out of self-destructive narcissism and into whole and healthy relationships with God and others.

Sharon Hersh is a licensed professional counselor, an adjunct professor in graduate counseling programs, a sought-after speaker, and the author of several books, including the acclaimed The Last Addiction: Why Self Help Is Not Enough, the popular Bravehearts: Unlocking the Courage to Love With Abandon, and the award-winning Mothering Without Guilt. Her latest book, Belonging: Finding the Way Back to One Another, released from NavPress this month! Sharon lives in Lone Tree, Colorado and is finding freedom and adventure in the empty-nest years.
